Location: Glasgow

Permanent, Full Time

Package: £25-30k per annum pro rata, company car and up to 10% bonus + more

What you will be doing?

As a Digital Trainer you will be the face of Beko as a brand, training store colleagues via physical delivery, face-to-face shop floor sessions. In addition to training session delivery, part of your remit will be to create your own digital training assets and as part of a team cultivate a social platform community.

 

You will be required to manage a physical territory, visiting our key retailers to train and engage your social platform community even further, and drive sign ups to our exciting new LXP. You will be expected to build strong relationships with retail partners and manage your designated stores with a dynamic approach, consistently looking to maximise the value of face-to-face opportunities. You will also provide valuable retailer insight and ultimately help drive product sales.

 

We need applicants to be flexible, understanding there could be a fair amount of daily travel and some expected weekend work, to really maximise the engagement for the brand.

 

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an outgoing and engaging individual with who thrives on building strong relationships. You will be the face of the brand through physical visits and creation of engaging retailer facing content. You will take ownership of a designated call file of prestigious retail stores. You'll lead physical with retail partners and build strong relationships with store staff training them on the client's latest innovations. You'll also provide valuable retailer insight and ultimately help drive product sales. An element of this role is keeping our engagement interesting, being creative with our approach and delivering for key projects for our client. This can include creating content such as training assets, training videos, creative content, and communications. 

 

 

Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field-based role which will involve regular travel daily, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Please note this role will also require manual handling/heavy lifting. Overnights may be required on occasion.

The ideal person will have some of the following qualities:

  • A keen interest or experience within the technology or white goods industry
  • Familiar with working towards KPI’s
  • Previous experience training or coaching others
  • Confident to create content on camera
  • Proficient in social media and knowledge of managing a page or community
