  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute strategies for D2C promotional campaigns that align with their business and brand objectives.
  • Oversee the full operational process from planning strategy, building quotes, pitching innovative ideas, recruiting promoters, managing device and asset inventory, and organising training sessions and onboarding events for new team members.
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, holding them accountable for driving the performance of the field team and ensuring alignment with client KPIs.
  • Work closely with McCurrach client teams to ensure promotional activities align with brand guidelines and to gain support from training teams, ensuring a cohesive strategy and execution.
  • Utilise data analytics to track performance metrics, report on success, identify areas of improvement, and propose new initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with both clients and internal teams to deliver excellence in service and ensure client retention and growth.
  • Take a hands-on approach to support your team in overcoming challenges and ensuring smooth operational execution across all client accounts.

what we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in D2C account management within the technology or consumer electronics space.
  • Strong background in tactical promotion and field sales, ideally in large retailers like Currys, JLP, Smyths, or other high-volume consumer electronics brands.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of Regional Sales Managers or similar roles, with a focus on performance-driven results and client satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to analyse data and create actionable insights to improve performance and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate with internal teams and clients effectively and constructively.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Benefits:

  • 25 days of paid holiday + flexible public holidays (increases with length of service) & annual leave purchase (up to 5 extra days)
  • Bonus Scheme
