Retail Trainer – Drive Sales & Brand Engagement for AEG (part of the Electrolux Group)

Location: South West – covering Bristol, Swindon, Hungerford, Reading & surrounding areas

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Working Days: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £27,500 + 10% performance-related bonus, company vehicle, and fuel card

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging product training – Conduct 1-2-1 and group sessions for retail staff to increase advocacy and recommendation rates.

  • Drive sales and market share – Ensure optimal in-store presence and boost sales through demonstrations and hands-on support.

  • Build and maintain relationships – Foster strong connections with store teams, managers, and key stakeholders in your territory.

  • Be the brand expert – Represent AEG with confidence, sharing insights and identifying growth opportunities across your area.

  • Track and report performance – Use data to measure training impact and target areas for continuous improvement.


What You Bring

  • Experience in training, sales, or retail – Ideally from consumer electronics, FMCG, or related fields. Backgrounds in brand ambassadorship or in-store training are especially welcome.

  • Strong communication skills – Able to present, influence, and build relationships at all levels.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven – Energised by hitting targets and driving change.

  • Commercially aware – Understands how to navigate and drive results in retail environments.
