Territory Manager – Kerry Foods Ireland

Territory Covers: Swords, Dublin, Meath, Louth & surrounding areas.

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Up to €30,000 per annum plus a performance-related bonus, lunch allowance, company car & fuel card

What you will be doing?

 

As a Territory Manager on our Kerry Foods Ireland team, you will regularly call on a range of supermarkets within your territory to increase brand availability, recognition and sales of Kerry Foods products.

 

You will engage with store colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure they are aware of the latest product lines, offers and promotions. You will also use these relationships to influence product merchandising in-store, including shelf positioning and the building of promotional displays, ensuring Kerry Foods brands are highly visible and appealing to shoppers.

 

You will also get involved with:

 

  • Utilising selling skills to deliver business objectives and KPIs
  • Influencing appropriate sales levers in store
  • Managing distribution and availability of Kerry Foods brands
  • Identifying opportunities for display and space improvements to maximise brand exposure
  • Developing strong business relationships with customers
  • Increasing sales through effective use of point of sale, optimising space and ensuring product availability at time of visit

Who we are looking for?

 

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role. However, we are also keen to hear from candidates with strong customer-facing or direct sales experience, particularly those from an FMCG or retail background.

 

As relationship building is a core part of this role, we are looking for individuals with excellent people skills, strong organisation and a sales-focused mindset.
