Sales Operation Data Analyst – McCurrach on behalf of Carlsberg Britvic

Location: Remote, Travel required to Client office in Hemel Hempstead

Permanent, Full time

Salary £30,000 per annum plus performance related bonus

Carlsberg Britvic is home to some of the UK’s most iconic and market‑leading brands. We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to play a critical role in helping our Field Teams sell more, sell smarter, and deliver best‑in‑class execution across the grocery landscape.

This is a high‑impact role at the heart of our sales operation, combining data, insight, planning and operational excellence. You will transform complex data into clear, actionable insight, ensure our field teams are fully equipped to win in‑store, and continuously improve how we work.

If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced, commercial environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and turning insight into action, this role offers real scope to make a difference.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a commercially minded, detail‑driven Sales Operations Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, field sales and execution.

This individual is someone who enjoys making sales teams better—not by selling themselves, but by ensuring the right insight, tools, reporting and processes are in place so others can win in‑store.

They are naturally curious, analytical and commercially aware. They don’t just produce reports—they ask “so what?” and use insight to identify opportunities to sell more, work smarter and improve performance.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised and operationally strong, able to manage multiple priorities across weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles while maintaining accuracy and momentum.

They are confident working with data, using tools such as Excel and Power BI to turn complex information into clear, visual insight that senior stakeholders and field teams can act on quickly.

Above all, they have a field‑first mindset, understanding that their role exists to support field and account teams through practical solutions—clear briefings, effective tools, simple insight and minimal friction.
