Merchandiser – Danone

Location: Dublin & surrounding areas
Contract: Full time, 6-Month fixed term contract with the potential to lead to longer term opportunities. 

Salary: Up to €29,454 per annum (pro rata), including performance-related bonus, daily lunch allowance, company van and fuel card

As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in enhancing the visibility and in-store presence of Danone’s leading brands across convenience and independent retailers in your territory. Your focus will be on ensuring products are consistently well-presented, fully stocked, and aligned with brand standards to maximise sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising products and maintaining high standards of in-store presentation
• Ensuring shelves are fully stocked and planograms are correctly implemented
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with store staff
• Identifying opportunities for additional displays and improving product visibility
• Supporting promotional activity and new product launches
• Providing feedback on store conditions and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a merchandising or retail role (FMCG experience desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards in-store
• A proactive, reliable self-starter who can work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships in-store
• Passion for Danone’s brands, products, and sustainability values
• Full Irish driving licence (no more than 6 points or bans)
• Comfortable with daily travel across Dublin
• Ability to undertake manual handling/heavy lifting
